Recreation grounds

Some of Newhaven's recreation grounds are looked after by the Town Council. These include the Denton Recreation Ground in Denton Road, where a new play area with equipment to appeal to all ages was installed in March 2009.

The Lewes Road Recreation Ground is also looked after by the Town Council and has a good play area, installed in 2005, together with a large grassed area.

 

 

The Town Council hopes to arrange for new play equipment to be installed at the Valley Road play area in the next year.

The Fort Road Recreation Ground is looked after by Lewes District Council.
