Administration & Finance Officer

Full Time, 37 Hours per week

£16,440 - £19,126

 Newhaven Town Council is an ambitious local council in the heart of Newhaven. The post holder is required to work in a small team, where two days are never the same.

The council is wishing to appoint a new full-time member of staff to work during the afternoon on weekdays, with occasional evening meetings, arranged in advance, for which time can be taken in lieu. The Council welcomes part time applications as part of a job share.

The post holder will be a confident self-starter, with excellent customer service and communication skills. The post requires knowledge and experience in general office administration and financial systems, as well as the ability to positively respond to new areas of work that the council undertakes.
