GOSH in the Havens
Green & Open Spaces for Health – this walking group meets every Wednesday morning. All walks are around 90 minutes. A free programme of outdoor group activities – fresh air, friendly people, gentle exercise, nature and a cuppa!
Have fun with our bouncy castle and toys. Tea/coffee included. Unsupervised. £2.00 per family 0-5 years, for 2 adults and 2 children.

Mindfulness of Movement
The centre is open Monday to Friday 10am – 3pm (Thursdays 10.45am – 3pm). Social group/drop-in every day 11am-1pm. In addition to sessions listed, one-to-one appointments are offered for advice and support. Please contact the centre first to be self-referred.

We welcome new members to try this fun-to-do class for older people and those with disability or injuries. Helps improve suppleness, strength, stamina and balance. Seated options, friendly chat and nice music. Cost £4.
