A gentle, free, fun and friendly way to get fitter and healthier. With alternating sequences of walking and jogging it slowly introduces you to running, which is an activity proven to improve your health and wellbeing in many ways. You’ll get into the habit of exercising on a weekly basis and make new friends. We can accommodate late joiners if you miss the first or second week. Talking Tots course
A FREE course for family members looking for ways to support their child’s language development. You will learn how to incorporate language into your child’s play and introduce activities that encourage language. The course is designed for parents of children under 5 years old.
A fun relaxed course to inspire new ideas and meet new people!
There is a free crèche supporting this course for children aged 12 weeks – 5 years.

GOSH in the Havens
Green & Open Spaces for Health – this walking group meets every Wednesday morning. All walks are around 90 minutes. A free programme of outdoor group activities – fresh air, friendly people, gentle exercise, nature and a cuppa!
Have fun with our bouncy castle and toys. Tea/coffee included. Unsupervised. £2.00 per family 0-5 years, for 2 adults and 2 children.

The centre is open Monday to Friday 10am – 3pm (Thursdays 10.45am – 3pm). Social group/drop-in every day 11am-1pm. In addition to sessions listed, one-to-one appointments are offered for advice and support. Please contact the centre first to be self-referred.
