Couch to 5K
A gentle, free, fun and friendly way to get fitter and healthier. With alternating sequences of walking and jogging it slowly introduces you to running, which is an activity proven to improve your health and wellbeing in many ways. You’ll get into the habit of exercising on a weekly basis and make new friends. We can accommodate late joiners if you miss the first or second week. GOSH in the Havens
Green & Open Spaces for Health – this walking group meets every Wednesday morning. All walks are around 90 minutes. A free programme of outdoor group activities – fresh air, friendly people, gentle exercise, nature and a cuppa!
Have fun with our bouncy castle and toys. Tea/coffee included. Unsupervised. £2.00 per family 0-5 years, for 2 adults and 2 children.

Mindfulness of Movement
The centre is open Monday to Friday 10am – 3pm (Thursdays 10.45am – 3pm). Social group/drop-in every day 11am-1pm. In addition to sessions listed, one-to-one appointments are offered for advice and support. Please contact the centre first to be self-referred.
