Those wishing to present a Petition (of no less than 10 signatures) or submit a question must do so by e-mail to admin@newhaventowncouncil.gov.uk marked for the attention of the Clerk at least 3 days before the meeting.

This meeting will be recorded (video and audio) and the recording accessible for 28 days via the Newhaven Town Council Website after which time it will be erased.
