Hillcrest Community Centre

An Edwardian school converted into a multi-purpose community space near Newhaven town centre. It hosts a wide range of local activities and services and rooms can be hired for many purposes. Facilities include a café, free parking, and good disabled access.

Activities: Art & craft classes, choir, creative writing, country market, dance classes, tea dances
Sports: Martial arts, boxing

Newhaven Enterprise Centre

Modern building with furnished incubator units for start-ups, workshops, and small businesses (1–10 people). Meeting rooms are also available. Located on Denton Island, close to the town centre with excellent road, public transport, and ferry access.

Seahaven Academy
Community school at the top of the cliff in Newhaven. Facilities include classrooms, meeting rooms, sports hall, gym, tennis courts, sports fields, and a technical food room. Packages can be tailored for events such as birthday parties, weddings, council meetings, support groups, or youth activities.
