Wood Creatives
The Wood Creatives enjoy daytime meet-ups in a large, light, well-equipped workshop in Newhaven where adults can create, practise and learn to work with wood.
Beginners as well as experienced wood creatives are very welcome. We are a diverse group who can help new members with informal technical and practical guidance.
The workspace has a wide range of machinery, woodworking hand tools and our own wood stocks that are available. All aspects of woodworking are possible from the usual – carving, turning, sculpture through to furniture designs and restoration projects – if it involves using wood this is the place.
