Newhaven has a new Town Mayor and Deputy Mayor!

At yesterday’s Annual Town Council meeting, Cllr Mark Wardle was elected as Newhaven Town Mayor for the 2026/7 civic year and Cllr Krissy Taylor as his Deputy.

Many congratulations to them both as they take on their new roles and start working for our Town.

We would also like to say a huge thank you to our outgoing Mayor, Cllr Kim Bishop for all her hard work, time, and dedication over the past year, it really is much appreciated.
