What is Sussex Day?
Sussex Day is an event aimed towards celebrating the rich culture of Sussex. Local businesses, groups, acts and charities all get together in one large family friendly celebration throughout the day. Did you know Sussex has its own flag? Come and join a Sussex Day like never before and find out…what makes Sussex…Sussex!
Taste – Local savouries and sweets.
Touch – Get crafty and participate in workshops and activities. There are plenty of opportunities to take crafts home or learn a new skill.
Hear – Listen to local music playing your favourite songs…and perhaps even play Sussex by the Sea!
Look – Watch as we raise the Sussex flag in all its glory. Or take a browse through local creations from jewellery and clothes to bespoke gifts and meet your local businesses/artists.
