Biography

Ted’s aims were to:
1. To support SCDA in their ongoing Youth Counselling Work and that of the mental health of young people across the town
2. To support projects that provide opportunities for young people, get them off ‘the streets’ to be safe and have fun.

Achievements in office:
Unfortunately Ted’s term as Young Mayor coincided with Covid, which meant that his duties were disrupted, with many events being cancelled. However, Ted did manage to get out and about – at a safe distance – to thank all the nursery workers, Bickerstaffs, the refuse workers, the firemen, garages and the food bank in Newhaven.
